Inc will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to the attention of Blissful Escapes, Inc. immediately (within 2 calendar days of receiving the information). Your name must match your passport (if traveling outside of the United States) or identification exactly and you must notify Blissful Escapes, Inc. immediately of any changes. If changing information after travel documents have been issued could result in a revision fee.

Final Payments must be received by the due date to avoid vendor cancellation. No exceptions to the final due date.

50% of your package price must be paid by a date to be determined by Blissful Escapes, Inc. to avoid your trip being cancelled. This date will be provided to you when you submit your initial deposit.

Bedding request will be made if requested by the client but are not guaranteed. Bedding request are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel.

Hotel room selections and locations are at the sole discretion of the hotel. Requests may be made by Blissful Escapes, Inc. but are not guaranteed.

Airline reservations/times can change without notice at the discretion of the airline. Blissful Escapes, Inc. is not responsible for any airline changes or for any services or policies imposed by the airlines.

Blissful Escapes, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, accept or retain any person as a tour participant in accordance to vendor policies regarding behavior and performance. Blissful Escapes, Inc. reserves the right to make any and all changes and substitutions in any itinerary of its group travel as it deems necessary for the comfort, safety, or the convenience of the group travel participants. Blissful Escapes, Inc. also reserves the right for the proper carrying out of any event, and to withdraw or cancel any and all tours should conditions warrant. If a tour is cancelled by Blissful Escapes, Inc., a full refund of all monies paid to Blissful Escapes, Inc by the participant will be returned to the participant according to vendor policy.

Please report any disabilities or special accommodations requiring special attention to Blissful Escapes, Inc. at the time the reservation is made. Blissful Escapes, Inc. will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible for any denial of service by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers nor are we responsible for accommodations not meet. The Americans with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including motor coach are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, entering or exiting the motor coaches and other vehicles, or any other personal needs.

All passengers are solely responsible for all medical needs. The passenger assumes the full risk of the use of any prohibitions imposed by vendors. Generally motorized scooters are not suitable on international tours.

Smoking is not allowed on transportation exclusively used by Blissful Escapes, Inc.

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at http:// travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens. If services are needed for an expedited passport, please speak with Blissful Escapes, Inc.

Group accommodations listed with or group packages intended to be use for each tour. If a change is necessary, the new accommodations will be equivalent in standard to those shown.

All room booked are non-smoking, unless requested otherwise. Note that hotels cannot always guarantee smoking rooms.

Blissful Escapes, Inc. is not responsible for any changes made by transportation companies.

Flight times and seat assignments are sole authority of the airlines and can be changed at any time at their discretion. For group flights the airline will assign the seats at their discretion. Southwest airlines does not have assigned seats. When you check in with Southwest airlines, you will be assigned a boarding position.

All Blissful Escapes, Inc airline contracts are for economy class seats only. If you require anther class of service, you may consider purchasing your own flights and purchasing a land only package with Blissful Escapes, Inc.

If air is in included in your package, airline taxes and fuel surcharges are included. Prior to completion of full payment there is a potential for a price increase due to the increases in government levied taxes and fees and/or fuel surcharges. Once the airline tickets are issued they are no longer subject to potential increases but are fully non-refundable. Certain overseas flights are subject to air taxes which can only be paid locally.

Baggage fees of the airlines are not included in quoted packages. All baggage fees must be submitted directly to the airline carrier.

The carriers, accommodations, vendors, tour operators and other suppliers providing service are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Blissful Escapes, Inc.. Blissful Escapes, Inc. assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts of omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3), any defect in or the failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4)any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of Blissful Escapes, Inc., (5) acts of God. Blissful Escapes, Inc. offers retail travel services to clients, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Blissful Escapes, Inc. does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, client agrees and understands that Blissful Escapes, Inc. is not responsible for any operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or members of your traveling party, nor for consequential damages, which may result from failure, delays, or injuries, which arise out of or during your scheduled travel. Client agrees and understands that Blissful Escapes, Inc. is not responsible for any damages, direct or consequential, which may arise as a result of acts of God, social or labor unrest, war, political or national strike, terrorist activities, mechanical failures, climatic conditions, or any other actions or omissions beyond Blissful Escapes, Inc. control. In the event an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or to provide funds.

Money given to Blissful Escapes, Inc. immediately becomes the property of the airline or travel vendor as required by law. Blissful Escapes, Inc. is not allowed to provide refunds for vendors who have declared bankruptcy. If an airline or travel vendor declares bankruptcy, it might continue services or stop completely. Other airlines or travel vendors might provide alternative services under the limited circumstances. In this circumstance, you must contact the vendor or airline directly.

Blissful Escapes, Inc. will always offer trip cancellation/interruption insurance for your protection. It is the client’s sole discretion to purchase trip insurance and is strongly recommended by Blissful Escapes, Inc. Travel insurance may be purchased up to travel dates in some instances. I understand I may purchase travel insurance from Blissful Escapes, Inc at a later date and before travel takes place, but in that event, the terms and conditions of my coverage may be more restricted. Please refer to the travel insurance for further terms.

Deposits and costs of travel insurance are non-refundable. If payment is made in full at booking then $200 per person of the cost of your vacation is non- refundable even if you purchase travel insurance.

There may be a processing fee or convenience charge built into your package price. Those fees are non-refundable (even if you have travel insurance)

Name changes must be in writing and have to be provided at least 60 days before departure. Name changes after the 60 days will incur a $100 fee per person per change. Name changes are subject to the provisions and hotel/suppliers/airline contracts. Name changes can be refused at any time or subject to cancellation penalties.

Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.

We reserve the right to refuse personal checks or cash as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.

If you have a problem during your travel, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g. your hotel or airline) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact Blissful Escapes, Inc.

The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Blissful Escapes, Inc. at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and Conditions each time you receive an invoice.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

By submitting your deposit you understand that you have agreed to and read these terms and conditions.
