Please Carefully Read Blissful Escapes Polices and General Information.  Blissful Escapes, Inc Reserve the Right to Change this Information At Any Time With or Without Notice.

  • You must have a valid passport to travel internationally (outside of the United States) and provide Blissful Escapes, Inc. with your name and birthdate EXACTLY as it appears on your passport. When you receive your travel documents you will notify Blissful Escapes, Inc, within 2 days of receiving your documents of any errors.

    • it is your responsibility to make sure your passport is valid and that you secure any visas if needed for your travel.

  • Rates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received by all guests in the room and processed by Blissful Escapes, Inc.

  • If double or triple occupancy is selected as your package, each guest much pay their initial deposit within 5 days of the first guest booking.

  • If you purchase triple occupancy room, please understand that all rooms only come with one king bed or two double beds.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable 15 days before departure, even if you have travel insurance.

  • If you do not purchase travel insurance all payments are non-refundable.

  • There may be processing fees or convenience charge built into your package, those fees are non-refundable (even if you have travel insurance) 

  • All payments are non-transferable.

  • Travel insurance is optional, but highly recommended. Cost of travel insurance is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. You will either be provided with a link to purchase your travel insurance or if it can added to your package.

  • If you chose to protect your vacation and purchase travel insurance you should have notified Blissful Escapes, Inc at the time of registration. -Revision fees are a non-refundable $25-$100 per revision and are not applied to your package price.

  • If any revisions are made, the updated reservations will be quoted at the current rates as the time of the revision, which can be higher or same as the original rate.

  • If a cancellation/revision occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial reserved occupancy, payments must be made to satisfy the adjusted room rate. any new guest added (this will be considered a revision) will have to make all scheduled payments up to date once they have been added to the reservation.

  • Room rates are based on total occupancy at time of booking. If the occupancy changes then your package will be updated with the current rate for that occupancy and those occupants in the room are responsible for the new rates.

  • Room Assignments are at the discretion of the hotel. - Bedding requests are not guaranteed. If you select double (2 people) or triple (3 people) occupancy that details the number of people in the room and is not a confirmation that you are guaranteed 2 beds.

  • If Airfare is NOT included in your package price. Each guest is responsible for their own air. However, air can be made available to flights departing from and returning to Chicago or your departure city of choice but the entire cost of the air may be due at time the air is booked.

  • If requesting for Blissful Escapes, Inc to add your air, then an additional deposit can be requested. Also, once the air is added, your invoice will be updated to include the cost of your air. If any FINAL payment due dates need to be adjusted they will be at the time the air is added.

  • If booking your air separately then you must provide a copy of your air itinerary to Blissful Escapes, Inc via email to keisha@blissfulescapesinc.com no later than 60 days before departure in order to secure your airport/hotel transfers if they are included in your package. If not received 60 days before departure than you forfeit your transfers and will be responsible for your airport/hotel transfers. If you forfeit your transfers then amount paid for the transfers is non-refundable. If this is a group booking, then if your flight does not arrive before or the same time as the group or depart at the same time as the group, then you could be charged an additional fee for your transfers.

  • Gratuities are not included and it is customary to tip drivers, bellman, etc.

  • Confirmations and itineraries will be released via email 15-30 days before departure, if your trip is paid in full.

  • When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be sent an invoice monthly. Invoices will indicate your payment due date. If unable to make a payment by the due date then you should notify Blissful Escapes, Inc via email. IF you do not receive an invoice it is still your responsibility to make your scheduled payment.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

  • For travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, a Tourist Card is required for $10 (can be purchased on arrival at Punta Cana International Airport or it may be included in the cost of your flight). If purchasing your flight separate from the group and traveling to Punta Cana, verify with the airline if the $10 fee is included. There is also a $20 departure tax, which is also normally included in the cost of your airfare, please confirm with your airline.

  • These policies and general info are in addition to the terms and conditions of Blissful Escapes, Inc, the vendor, the airline, the hotel the transportation company, etc.

  • By submitting your deposit you understand that you have agreed to and read these policies and general information.
